| Abstract: | According to a preliminary estimation, the payroll of the country's staff and workers will rise by 18% this year. However, their average actual pay will rise by 4% of the price factor is considered. The average per capita in come of urban residents for living expenses will reach 4475 yuan while the per capita net in come of peasants 1783 yuan. While the level of residents' consumption is raised steadily their deposits will be smaller than the last two years. But a deposit of 1000 billion yuan will still be in creased. |
