| Abstract: | This paper examines violence and pays attention in particular to the legal, social and ethical implications. Additionally, it provides knowledgeable answes to the questions above as well as others related to providing a safe work environment for employees. Specific suggestions are provided for educating business owners and managers on how to protect their workplaces from violence. |
