| Abstract: | The article discusses issues concerning the organizational politics. The analyzed data was collected from a survey of 250 British middle and senior managers working in public and private sector. The conclusions of the paper reveal the respondents' experiences and opinions about political behavior. According to the survey political behavior seemed to be widespread although most of the managers have no training in processing with organizational politics. The paper identifies a set of aspects that are frequently related to political tactics. |
