| Abstract: | This article discusses the gendered nature of work and workplace. The focus is on the beliefs, attitudes and professional practices of men and women working with men who are violent. Open-ended questions in semi-structured interviews were used to collect the qualitative research data. The write argues that there is a pressing need to recognize and address violence issues in the workplaces. |
