| Abstract: | A comparison of job requirements predicted using the PAQ - position analysis questionnaire - for measured mental and physical abilities of incumbents of some US Navy jobs and the correlations between commercially available PAQ attribute predictions derived from 25 Navy jobs and mental abilities using the Armed Forces Vocational Aptitude Battery. The relationships found between physical strength requirements of 26 Navy jobs and PAQ-based predictions. Specific applications and use of PAQ in research on environmental stress. Four Tables cover the study. |
