| Abstract: | The study argues, that the Internet changes the relationship between companies, governments and NGOs (non-governmental organisations). Companies face greater pressure to explain their activities as information is more widely available through the Internet. Two case studies are given: the international human rights campaign in Myanmar (former Burma) and the NGOs campaign against OECDs Multilateral Agreement on Investments. |
