Abstract: | This article outlines a set of ideal type organizations in a developmental sequence based on Spiral Dynamics, labeling them as Order, Success, Community and Synergy. The underlying value system and relating institutional structures are elaborated per type. As a summary, a Transition Matrix is presented which suggest the paradigm shifts per discipline/department. The first two types present traditional Western corporations, the two latter ones are innovative and sustainable ways of thinking of business. Based on Community Values, the article presents a new measurement format which is the foundation for a systemic and coherent set of management tools to be used in a stakeholder approach. |
