| Abstract: | The article explores how stakeholder engagement could be applied to enhance sustainable aviation and airport development. It argues that market instruments and regulations are not always sufficient to balance the conflict between economic development and environmental degradation. The authors provide a framework to support airport companies in formulating and implementing strategies for sustainable airport development. |
