| Abstract: | The leading role of state-owned enterprise under market economy holds its sway by its importance in its industrial sector. In the process of establishing socialist market economy it is imperative to do away the understanding under planned economy while keeping a new look on state enterprises' leading role in accordance with the principles of market economy. It is necessary to actually gather the state-owned enterprises within the important sectors of national economy with the view to promote the reform and development of China 's economy. |
