| Abstract: | When a foreign trader leases China's state-owned enterprise, if we only act in accordance with legal provisions, the enterprise would not change its character of socialist public ownership. Combining our superiority (abundant properties of state-owned enterprises, good foundation) with the foreigner's funds, technologies and management skill will be an effective approach for reorganizing/transforming our large-/medium-sized state-owned enterprises with importing foreign funds. foreign funds drawing-in, as a strategy, has obvious effectiveness on economy. |
