| Abstract: | Merging enterprises by purchase is of special importance for rapid expansion and multiplication of the scale of assets, optimization of distribution of the structure of assets, and improvement of economic benefits of scale and the general national strength. Merger of enterprises by purchase will surge in China. Strategies lie in well-meaning merger by purchase and the most-optimized industrial structure as well as the maximum share of the market. Tactics are continuous cross-regional purchase of technologically- backward, yet less heavily-loaded enterprises in the same or related sector. |
