| Abstract: | This article explores mechanisms for achieving sustainable competitive advantage. These comprise both direct value added elements, and indirect value enhancing strategic management capabilities. Within a case context, value system process redesign, aspects of leadership and relationship building are examined and evidence is provided of a strategic direction which will enable organizations both to compete in the future and to cope with new sources of change. |
