Abstract: | The industrial feature of the fifth world wave of merger and acquisition of enterprises is that information enterprises are its mainstream, which finds expression mainly in communications industry, computer industry, radio and audio-visual cultural undertaking. There are many reasons for merger's becoming the main mode of expansion of information enterprises. Racing to control the leading technology and developing new products are the technological one. Another one is for the sake of market scale. The information trend of the world economy provides a wide space of demand. Besides, accelerating technological and economic integration and the government's loosening control have provided internal conditions. And the rational thought that "move forward, or you will fall behind" is the humanity basis and the internal reason for the merger of enterprises. |
