| Abstract: | The authors provide a comprehensive review of the strategic change literature from the perspective of three theoretical lenses: the rational, learning, and cognitive lenses. They identify empirical patterns and discuss the theoretical and methodological issues and limitations of each lens. They address the methodological issues that hamper the integration of these lenses and develop an integrative framework that builds on their theoretical synergies. |
