| Abstract: | Management approaches to improvements in the organisation of project control. The review describes vital points of a project constructed in the Middle East, such as systems-based design and an organisational subsystem of the project control system to enhance the productivity of the project organisation. Project control within a matrix environment is also referred to. Two Figures are given: the complexity of controls in matrix organisation, and global project organisation. The chart in the appendix outlines linear responsibility of a project control system. |
