Abstract: | The bundling decision facing a firm that sells a multicomponent industrial system is examined. A model is presented which examines the options and identifies the conditions that make bundling of industrial system attractive.A situation is modelled in which a firm currently selling a complete system is competing with specialist firms selling individual components that customers can mix and match to form complete systems. |
