Abstract: | This paper reviews corporate social responsibility (CSR) as an emerging organizational process where the employee is at its center. Research on CSR mostly neglects the dynamic part of CSR where the involvement of the employee as a major stakeholder is the core. The paper features case study data from a study of a large multinational energy company. The paper offers insight on how to utilize the role of the employee in CSR process. |
