| Abstract: | High Sci-tech enterprises are characterized by high knowledge-and technology-intensive degree, large input in research and development and a large proportion of scientists and technicians. These characteristics decide that the contradictions existing in the course of their growth are different from those of other kinds of enterprises. Understanding and handling these contradictions are the base and guarantee of developing and strengthening high sci-tech enterprises. These contradictions are mainly incorporate in the contractions between technological innovation and lack of funds, between scale expansion and backward management, between specialization and diversification. The author also expresses his opinions on how to handle them. |
