New industries are the first choice for enterprises. The evolution of industry or industry group is of great importance for strategic formulation. It can increase or reduce the attraction of a certain industry as an investment opportunity. It usually requires enterprises to make strategic adjustment. The success of enterprise' strategy of multiple development mainly depends on many factors such as whether the enterprise's main business is harmed by the scatter of effective resources, and so on. |
