| Abstract: | The development of non-state economy in Fangshan district of Beijing shows that non-state economy as an enterprise group with completely new mechanism of operation includes not only collective economy, cooperative economy, share holding economy, privately economy but also the non-state economic element in the state-owned sector. The non-state economy has manifested its exuberant vitality in the course of shift of regional economy to pluralized market economy and so it is very necessary to develop with great effort non-state- economy. |
