For the government, the following measures should be taken: 1. delimiting its function; 2.working out its rational industrial policies and implementing them; 3. setting up the technology systems helpful to the enhance of China's international competition and the new relation between the bank and the enterprise; 5.solving the debt problems of state-owned enterprises. |
