| Abstract: | In order to avoid and diminish the organizational and systemic risks in the development of middle-sized and small enterprises, the following tactics should be adopted: 1. the socialization and diversification of the family property right of the enterprise; 2. "rule by person" to "rule by law" through perfecting the company's system and management structure; 3. the maintain of the enterprise's vitality and sound development through rational centralism and de-centralism; 4. the exploration of management structure suitable to the growth of middle-sized and small enterprises. |
