Abstract: | This study deals with Knowledge management (KM) needing a systematic approach to develop capabilities (hereafter as: capbs.) accelerating the evolution of knowledge into a key organizational (as: org-al.) resource. Herein, reported are the empirical findings of a case study offering insights into the infrastructure and process capbs. required to provide knowledge support for org-al. activities and routines. A 4-stage framework is presented to help make sense of the development of capbs. during the implementation of KM initiatives. |
