| Abstract: | The paper makes analysis of the supply and demand of labour force in China by giving some tables, and holds that there is a great pressure on supply of labour force due to various reasons. The measures to resolve the contradictions of total supply and demand of labour force are to keep the economic growth at a proper rate, to guide surplus labors in rural areas to undergo internal transfer, to pay attention to universal education, adult education and on-the-job training, to control population growth in a planned way and to implement the principle of distribution according to work. |
