| Abstract: | In China, there exists a great deal of surplus labor force because of the large agricultural population, the small agricultural land, the slow development of the enterprises in villages, and the system of contracted household responsibility. In order to solve the problem, we may take following steps: Make full use of the agricultural resources, speed up the agricultural exploration, enhance the force of the collective economy; perfect the labor markets and administrate the enterprises in villages. |
