| Abstract: | Labor force and working people possessing it are inseparable. The production of labor force is dispersing. The procedure of labor force production is complicated. The quality of labor force is changeable. The goals of management system of personnel should include setting up and improving labor contract system, working out and perfecting laws and regulations of employment qualification, reforming and strengthening salary management system and improving and strengthening organization and management of labor. |
