| Abstract: | After reform and opening up in China, the non-agricultural transformation course of rural labour force has quickened greatly. But the urbanisation course of rural population is still faced with many difficulties due to the fact that there exist the barrier factors, such as the urban and rural household register system and the system of recruitment in cities, and the unified labour force market hasn't been established. The measures to realise the transfer of rural labour force are as follows: accelerating the change of land system to promote the division of work and industries among rural labourers, leading township enterprises towards cities and small towns, facilitating the marketing of urban life system , developing urban tertiary industry and a unified urban and rural labour force market. |
