| Abstract: | The survey results indicate that the situation of insufficient employment of labors in rural areas is comparatively severe, especially the agricultural labors; at the same time, in the aspects of labor and time investment, the scope of investment into non-agricultural industry is inadequate, and the degree of development is not enough. There is a big gap among regions with different natural environment, geographical conditions and economic situations; different age and educational degree will both influence employment. The flow of rural labors relates not only with the regional economic situation and the degree of unemployment, but also with the cultural level, and is liable to be influenced by some social and psychological factors. The insufficient opportunity for rural employment serves as the main reason for the flow of rural labors. |
