| Abstract: | The paper analyzes labor quantitative increase, manpower- capital accumulation and employment structural change are contributed to China's economic growth and support long- term economic sustainable growth. China still has opportunities to get economic growth resources from labor power resources' reallocation with employment system reform and growth of urban-rural labor power market. |
