| Abstract: | In the times of knowledge economy, the concept of enterprise in a traditional sense has been greatly expanded. The enterprise scientific management is a kind of revolution as well as a kind of productivity. The management of a modern enterprise is characterized by the separation of operation from management power, which leads to the decentralization of management power. The organizational structure turns from being non-scientific and excessive to scientific and fine. The management changes from being rigid to flexible and incorporates scientific and technical approaches in it. The enterprise executives should have the common knowledge about management science and put it in the first place to tackle the real problems in market competition, arouse the enthusiasm of the employees to a max. |
