| Abstract: | This study aims to provide managers and academics with valuable insights into how global organizations (here as: orgs.) can manage innovation by the organization-wide mobilization of knowledge resources (as: kn-res.) based on an 8-year in-depth theoretical and practical research process, mainly within Siemens AG with a total of 68 expert interviews. It is found that to leverage on innovation, orgs. must abandon outdated organizational models and engage into mobilizing their kn-res. |
