| Abstract: | A number of studies generalizing world experience in developing financial-industrial groups (FIGs) show that the large-scale formation of such large organizational-economic structures is one of the key factors in extricating the Russian economy from its crisis and in reforming it along genuine market lines. At the same time, all authors emphasize that this progressive process is taking place under exceptionally complex conditions, such as the absence of the proper normative base for the creation and functioning of FIGs. |
