| Abstract: | The pattern of our economic growth have been transformed from speed-seeking to effectiveness-seeking since the reform, but in the process of our economic growth, there have been existed the tendency to pursue the speed lopsidedly. The reasons are that there have been existed impulse of economic expansion during the process of transformation, and some comrades in our decision-making departments and economic theory circles have been lack of cognition on the evils of speed-seeking growth. The analysis economic growth cycle has proved High speed-seeking growth is not beneficial to the long-term, stable, efficient development of economy, but Optimum speed-seeking growth has good effects on economic growth. |
