| Abstract: | The cyclical fluctuation of China's economy has "its necessity in mechanism". But the main reason for the formation of strong economic fluctuation is that the external shock mechanism has greater unsteady nature, especially the irregular operation of financial, monetary and investment policies. Therefore, we should take a series of measures with enduring effect to correct it. |
