Abstract:For the policy match we should take measures in accordance with the time and circumstances and implement flexible "micro-adjusting policies"; unless forced to go it, we should not use the "doubly-relaxed policy" or the "doubly-tightened policy"; we should pay attention to the differences between the short-term and long-term objectives of macroeconomic control; we must formulate the macroeconomic policies in accordance with the actual conditions, have particular emphasis and deal with different things in different ways and draft according to the State industrial policies. Sometimes the investment of the government in a certain field will result in the decrease of investment by other enterprises or popularly-run sectors, which seriously affect the growth of social aggregate demand to be achieved by government fiscal.
