| Abstract: | The decrease of the flow of international capital results in the shortage of capital all over the world. The increase of the demand of capital in developed countries results in the decrease of the capital export. International capital flows into developed countries and new industrial states and regions. China should formulate suitable and feasible tactics of introducing foreign investment and further improve investment environment. The structure of foreign debt should be made more rational. It is also important to authorize a management organization to strengthen the macro-control of introducing foreign investment. |
