| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the train of thought on and measures for realizing complementarity in advantage, strengthening contact and cooperation between Guangzhou and Hong Kong and Macao and their joiniting hands in development of high and new technology industries. 1. improving the environment for sci-tech cooperation between three areas and promoting the flow of sci-tech resources and rational allocation; 2. strengthening cooperation for helping sustain the risk investment fund for high and new technology and its development; 3. jointly making development plan on environmental protection, information, new materials and bio technology which need to be developed urgently in the three areas according to interest-sharing principle; 4. stressing sci-tech information issuance and establishment of information network; 5. jointly establishing sci-tech park. |
