| Abstract: | (1) Medium-and-small-sized enterprises in commonly competitive industry, from which state-owned stock (capital) can withdraw as soon as possible, should establish stock corporation system. (2)Large-and-medium-sized enterprises in strategic industry still keeping state share ownership should set "knowledge interest" sharing by operating, managing and technological talents to absorb talents to form the core for highly-efficient operation. (3) Meticulously designing share structure is the core of incentive system. The stock should include enterprise stock, operation stock, post stock, technology stock and incremental stock. |
