| Abstract: | The key to and a substantial step of reform of the rural economic system in the present stage lie in the necessity of surveying, in terms of market relations, the household contracting responsibility system that will long endure. Motivated by the market economy, a closer urban-rural relation, flow of urban capital and technology into the countryside, and assemblage of rural capital and resources in the city are inevitable. |
