| Abstract: | The problem of public enterprises is not sure that who charged with the national property on the property right system. There are two goals on reforming the property right system: to make enterprises have enough predomination right of national property and the corresponding obligation, to resolve the problems of national property's inflation proof and accelerated profit. The content of reformation enterprises become the mix ownership, to separate the property right of investor to the enterprise's property right of juridical person, to establish the scientific management system. |
