| Abstract: | The process of enterprise system reformation depend on the degree that enterprises resolve the problem of remnant person largely. It faces on the dual obstacle that unemployment security system is not sane and re-employment condition is not adequate. To get over these obstacles is long period and hardship work. It decides that it is a long period and complex process to resolve the problem of remnant person in China. |
