Abstract: | In the fully competitive state, there exist no barrier to approach market and such productive factors as funds and labors can flow freely. However, under the traditional enterprise system, the actual course of resource allocation has deviated far from the above-mentioned fully competitive state. So a modern enterprise system conforming to the requirement of market economic development should be established. The property rights of enterprises defined. Moreover, it is admitted that enterprises with legal status have the rights to use, allocate, dispose assets and make profits from them. |
