| Abstract: | Agent system is a popular business mode worldwide in materials circulation. Its advantages lie in 1. making the social division of work of modern enterprises more reasonable and combining the changeable nature of market circulation with the planning of factory owners ; 2. alleviating the contradictions between tight funds and default, between materials circulation and commercial circulation. The upsurge of realizing agent system as one of important measures for reforming the production-marketing system is being formed in China. |
