| Abstract: | The overall planning on the reform of China's economic system in the 15 years to come is as follows: 1. deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises. The state will focus great efforts on the reform of a batch of large-sized enterprises and enterprise groups, 2. releasing the prices of commodities and services, perfecting the initially shaped commodity markets, cultivating and standardizing financial market and factor markets like land labor and technology markets during the Nine Five-Year Plan period, 3. deepening the reform of investment system, 4. establishing multi-level social security system and accelerating legislation. |
