Abstract:The reasons for inflation are as follows: 1. demand pull. The outstanding expression of the aggregate inflated demand is that the growth of money exceeds economic growth. 2. cost push. It includes rises in the prices of imported goods and various productive resources as well as the level of wage. 3. reform measures. The government has adjusted and decontrolled prices several times and carried out the reform of the systems of finance and taxation, foreign exchange, and money and banking. 4 structural factors. For instance there exist the contradiction of industrial structure. Besides, there are reasons in system including money and banking systems' enterprise and investment systems, the cost of system reform and structural inflation pinned down by the system.
