| Abstract: | This paper explores the relationship between the reform of enterprises and stock market. It considers that the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises needs stock market for financing by stock market to solve the problem of source of enterprises' capital funds and shift their business mechanism can promote the reforms of state-owned enterprises and financial system. Of course, listing on stock market is not the only way of enterprises' reform. They can adopt different modes according to their different condition. At the same time, we should set the limitation of stock market and the existing problems and take measures to avoid its harmful in an effort to bring into play its positive functions. |
