Abstract: | The double inflation after reform and opening up both lasted for a long time and prices fluctuated at a high level. So they both belong to the serious inflation. The double inflation were related with too much money put into circulation. It indicated that the national economy hadn't changed the pattern of high input, high consumption and high speed, overall. The different states of two rises in retail prices of various commodities show that their mechanisms inducing inflation are different. The important reasons for the double inflation are the transformation and change of system, unbalanced industrial structure and the extensive economic growth mode. |
