| Abstract: | To make a clear distinction between right and wrong, first, the distinction between the common development of various economic sectors based mainly on public ownership and privatisation must be made. From a theoretical and practical angle, this paper raises seven distinctions to be made, which include distinctions between the main part position of public-owned economy and non-main part position of non-publicly-owned economy, between mixed ownership of assets and private ownership, between utilising the modes of operation and management existing in the capitalist society and going in for capitalism. |
