Abstract:The key to the marketing of China's economy is reform of state-owned enterprise and the order of the marketing of economy centring on the reform is as follows:(1)financial system reform--enable the operation of enterprise marketing, which refers to (1)the transfer of the functions of finance, the reform of taxation system.(2) reform of enterprise--establishing favourable operation system, which presupposes the commensurable of the benefit of the management with that of the enterprise, the establishment of the mechanism of free talent flow, the complete competitive system of appointment and the mechanism of evaluation of the management by the market (3)financial system reform--promote the operation of marketing from external: vigorously developing capital market, the marketing of bank system.
