| Abstract: | Through a serial of reforms, a new frame work of foreign trade system has been initially established. It comforts to the demand of system of socialist market economy and the international trade rules, and also provides institutional and legal guarantee for international economic and trade co-operation. To make it perfect, however we should also take the following measures: continuing to reform the operational system of foreign trade and giving full authority over operation of trade; accelerating experiments in general trading company to take internationalised operational mode; establishing anti-dumping and anti-subsidy mechanisms; protecting domestic industries by using international practice, and perfecting the indirect regulation and control system of foreign economy and trade. |
